    How our Madison referral program works

    Most of our jobs in Maple Bluff, Middleton, Fitchburg, Verona, Sun Prairie, Waunakee, McFarland, Monona, and Shorewood Hills come from neighbor-to-neighbor referrals. The referral program is our way of saying thank you and keeping the chain going. There's no app, no points balance, no expiration — just a simple credit on your next service when someone you sent us books their first job.

    Eligible referrers are existing customers who've completed at least one paid service with The Total Wash Co. The new customer must be a household or business we haven't quoted within the last 90 days. The referred customer saves $75 on their first job — the bigger half of the reward goes to your neighbor on purpose, so saying yes is as easy as possible — and you receive $50 in service credit for each friend who books. Nominate four neighbors who all book and that's $200 toward your next clean. We track referrals when the new customer mentions you on the form or quote call.

    Program Details

    The referred customer's $75 discount applies to their first service, valued at $150 or more. The referrer's $50 is TWC service credit per friend who books — redeemable against a future service, not paid as cash — and is issued after the referred customer's first service is completed and paid.
