How our Madison referral program works
Most of our jobs in Maple Bluff, Middleton, Fitchburg, Verona, Sun Prairie, Waunakee, McFarland, Monona, and Shorewood Hills come from neighbor-to-neighbor referrals. The referral program is our way of saying thank you and keeping the chain going. There's no app, no points balance, no expiration — just a simple credit on your next service when someone you sent us books their first job.
Eligible referrers are existing customers who've completed at least one paid service with The Total Wash Co. The new customer must be a household or business we haven't quoted within the last 90 days. Both sides receive $25 off — the referrer's credit applies to their next invoice, and the referred customer's discount applies to their first job. We track referrals automatically when the new customer mentions you on the form or quote call.
Refer as many neighbors as you'd like; there's no cap on how many credits you can stack. Some customers have referred 8+ neighbors and effectively cover their annual window-cleaning bill in referral credits alone. Questions about the program? Program Details
$25 credit applies to any service valued at $150 or more. Referrer credit is applied after the referred customer's first service is complete.
