Owner, The Total Wash Co.
Ashton Ferry founded The Total Wash Co. in 2021 after hearing the same complaint over and over from Madison homeowners: "The last company never showed up." He started with a single window cleaning kit, a promise to return every call, and a belief that the exterior-services industry had a reliability problem more than a technical one.
Five years later, The Total Wash Co. has served more than 5,500 residential and commercial properties across Dane County, earned a 5.0 rating on Google across 200+ reviews, and expanded into a full-service team covering window cleaning, building exteriors, pressure washing, gutter services, and commercial snow and ice management. Ashton remains owner-operator and personally signs off on the company's service standards, technician training, and customer communication systems.
