I'll be straight with you: 2026 is our first Christmas lights season. We're not pretending otherwise — Madison has installers who've been hanging lights for a decade, and the way we earn a place next to them is by doing a small number of installs extremely well, not by overselling year one. So the route is capped at 10–15 homes, every install is done by me and my two-person crew personally, and our existing wash customers get first call. What we bring from day one is the same thing our window and house-washing customers already know: we show up when we say we will, we use hardware that doesn't damage your gutters, and we don't walk steep roofs in a Wisconsin November — the display is designed so we never have to. If a strand goes dark in December, you text us and we fix it. And in January the lights come down, get labeled, and go into our storage — not your garage.
