Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your service activity. Typical customers receive approximately 3–10 messages per month around active quotes, bookings, or completed jobs. You will not receive recurring marketing broadcasts.

Cost Disclosure

Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and plan. The Total Wash Co. does not charge for the messages themselves. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your plan.

How to Opt In

You opt in by checking the explicit SMS consent checkbox on our website quote form at https://www.thetotalwash.com. The checkbox is unchecked by default — you must actively check it to opt in. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing any service from The Total Wash Co. Phone-only verbal opt-in is not supported; opt-in must be made through the form checkbox.

How to Opt Out (STOP)

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. You will receive one confirmation message, and we will not send you further messages unless you re-opt-in. You may also reply with OPTOUT, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or REVOKE.

Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is compatible with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost Mobile, US Cellular, MetroPCS, and Virgin Mobile. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your phone number and message history are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or rent phone numbers to third parties. Numbers are shared only with service providers (Twilio) that deliver our messages on our behalf.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this SMS Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
