Every commercial lot is quoted by size after we measure it. There is no flat menu price, because no two lots are the same.
Your lot goes on the route for the season
Seasonal snow contracts fill by November. Once you are on our route, you are covered for the whole season.
Cleared before you open
On snow days we run pre-dawn routes so lots and sidewalks are clear for tenant and customer access.
De-icing is its own line
Lot and walk de-icing is quoted separately from plowing, and applied at concrete-safe rates.
We come back when it refreezes
For properties with liability exposure, we run a re-visit protocol on secondary freezing events so the lot stays safe through the day.
