For the majority of our exterior cleaning services you do not need to be home. We handle everything outside with no interior access required for house washing pressure washing or exterior window cleaning services. What we need when you are not home includes an accessible outdoor hose bib or water spigot typically near the garage or back of the house. If your backyard has a locked fence please leave it unlocked or provide the combination in your booking notes. Please bring pets indoors or secure them in a kennel because cleaning solution and equipment noise can stress animals. If we are cleaning a driveway or area behind a parked car moving vehicles helps us do a thorough complete job. We keep you informed by sending a text message when we arrive on site and another text when the job is complete with photos of the finished work. If anything is not right we will come back and fix it for free under our satisfaction guarantee with no questions asked. Services that require someone to be home include interior window cleaning which requires interior access and someone 18 or older present throughout the visit. Interior gutter inspection requires attic access if requested. A post-service walkthrough is optional but recommended for first-time customers who want to review the work together with our crew.
